Albert was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Texas at Austin and then attended St. Mary’s School of Law. While at Saint Mary’s he received both his Doctor of Jurisprudence as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the Greehey School of Business. During law school he worked as an intern with a criminal defense firm as well as a social security disability firm and also served as an officer in the Black Law Students Association. 

 

Following law school, Albert returned home to Houston where he began his career working in worker’s compensation and family law before transitioning to personal injury. Albert then returned to San Antonio to work at a prominent Plaintiff’s personal injury firm where he gained valuable litigation experience. His practice now is focused on insurance defense, and he handles both first and third party cases throughout the state of Texas.
