Rosemary received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1999. Her primary areas of practice include first party insurance defense, bad faith litigation, and insurance coverage. She also has experience in business and general civil litigation. She previously had a career in property and casualty insurance claims, in which she obtained extensive experience working for major personal and commercial lines carriers.
As an attorney, Rosemary continues to draw on this insider’s perspective and understanding of insurance coverage, claims investigation and evaluation, dispute resolution, and litigation management.
