Rebecca (Becky) raised in Austin, Texas, was born in South Australia, Australia. She graduated from Texas Tech University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Prior to attending law school she was a claims adjuster for State Farm Insurance for five years. She is also a United States Coast Guard Veteran. Becky attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the Saint Mary’s Law Journal and an Articles Editor in her last year obtaining her J.D. in 2005.
After law school graduation, she practiced civil litigation in Houston including working for a securities arbitration law firm and for an automobile insurance defense firm. In 2008 she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where she worked at the firm now known as Hoblit Darling Ralls Hernandez & Hudlow, LLP. Her practice primarily included personal injury defense, premises liability, commercial litigation, employment law and insurance defense. She has represented a wide variety of clients in tort and contract based litigation claims throughout Texas. In 2020 Becky joined us, where she practices primarily in insurance defense.

Becky enjoys spending time with her husband their two cats and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, traveling, reading science fiction, collecting Peanuts items, listening to music, studying history, cycling and spending time with her very large family.
