Mark Lindow’s primary areas of practice are first and third party litigation. Mr. Lindow began his legal career as an associate with the Tort Litigation Section of Fulbright & Jaworski, before joining the firm of Jones Kurth & Treat. In 1996, he and David Treat formed the firm of Lindow & Treat, formerly Lindow Stephens Treat LLP.
He is a frequent speaker on insurance law, providing continuing education credits to insurance professionals. Mr. Lindow is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
