Alfredo “Freddy” Montemayor III was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. He attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and continued his education beyond that at St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school he interned with two solo practitioners where he drafted estate plans, petitions, motions and began learning the practice of law.  Upon graduating and passing the bar, Freddy continued his legal career with a solo practitioner while simultaneously starting, building, and operating his own construction company. Freddy transitioned into the full-time practice of law and joined the team in 2023, where he continues to sharpen his skills as a trial attorney and utilize his background in construction to provide complete legal representation to clients throughout Texas with a focus on civil litigation. 

As an ex- Jr. Olympic hockey player, Freddy enjoys staying active. Outside of the office, Freddy is a boxer, runner, gym goer and avid enthusiast of physical activities as well as being outdoors. He has two Australian Shepherds, Rooster and Riot, who at any given moment can be found attached to his hip when he isn’t working.
