Steven Nguyen was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated from Texas Tech University and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school, Steven completed an internship at the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement department where he prepared and drafted motions, took notes for case files, and organized evidence and country packets. He also interned with the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review, drafting written decisions for immigration judges, transcribing hearings, observing court proceedings, and researching immigration and criminal legal topics for memoranda.

After graduating law school, Steven worked at several prominent law firms in San Antonio and sharpened his skills at a litigator. Currently, his primary practice focuses on first-and-third-party insurance claims with clients throughout Texas.

Outside of the office, you can find Steven proactively attempting to keep himself busy with multiple hobbies. He has two beautiful dogs, Izzy and Ellie, that keep him fully occupied and loves hiking with his wife, Lucia.
